We actually did see the Corpse Bride last weekend and I was enthralled by the imaginations that created the characters, by the puppetry and the light/dark contrasts.
Also saw a Fire and Ice show at Whistler. Lots of skiers and boarders doing crazy jumps (from backwards positions even!), some people throwing around pots, sticks and hula hoops of fire, then the skiers/boarders doing their jumps through a hoop of fire.
My knees are better, and my body has decided not to react badly in any other way to the ski day. I'm healthier than I think. :-)

Zellers in New West (6th @ 6th) is shutting down and putting things on 40% off. Other than chocolate fondue fountains, they've also got some drum machine like thingys in both the toy and electronics department. Just sayin' is all.February 27 2006, 03:47:25 UTC 6 years ago

Yeah! I didn't see a price but it should be cheaper than Costco's $100! :)
